Teal Is the New Orange

What’s the Problem?

According to the CDC, around 8% of children have food allergies. Common food allergies found in Halloween candy include milk, soy, peanuts, almonds, eggs, tree nuts, and wheat.

How can YOU Help?

The Teal Pumpkin Project seeks to raise food allergy awareness and offer non-food treats for those with allergies during Halloween. A teal-colored pumpkin at one’s doorstep signifies that safe treats such as stickers, pencils, and glow sticks are available in addition to candy. Create a more inclusive Halloween by partaking in the Teal Pumpkin Project!
